Breathing Space Studio
-
Laura - Yoga
A playful yoga class focusing on you: your body, breath and mind.
Monday and Wednesday classes tend to be a little softer, or we play with a little more energy and advanced postures on Thursday evenings Strong Yoga if that’s your bag.
-
Laura - Slow Club
Yoga to calm your nervous system; with a gentle mix of yin, restorative and fascia work to suit the mood of the class. Very slow, very easy.
-
Anna - Nourishing Flow
Nourishing Flow is a slower, deeper practice designed to cultivate space in both mind and body. We will begin with sun salutations, before moving into a slow and steady practice, playing with balance, inversions and long, deep stretches. Great for beginners.
-
Anna - Dynamic Flow
We will begin with sun salutations A and B, before moving into a creative, strong and spicy flow. Allow yourself to be led by your breath as you find a balance between challenge and ease. This class is best suited for those with some experience in yoga who are looking to deepen their practice. For beginners, I recommend that you should attend a few Nourishing Flow classes first.
-
Jenna - Pilates
A full body workout designed to build strength and improve posture and flexibility. You'll use ankle weights and other small Pilates equipment to target key muscle groups while working on control, breath and precision.
-
Oli - Vinyasa Krama
We'll move through a sequence of postures built around an overall theme. “Krama” means steps: therefore we will use logical and accessible steps to build up to the peak posture(s) that the classes are structured around. Every month the theme will change, and attending students have a say in what it may become next.
-
Gaelle - Qi Gong
This qi gong is a deeply relaxing practice which improves health, wellbeing, circulation and digestion.
It can help reduce mental stress and physical tension carried by the body.
Qi Gong can be practiced by all to rejuvenate the body, mind and soul while improving balance and flexibility.
-
Libby - Hatha Yoga
Yoga for the mind, body and soul; to connect, to be present… to just breathe.
-
Danielle - Self Love Flow
Start your weekend with an energising Vinyasa flow designed to celebrate all that your body can do. We’ll begin with an uplifting flow, exploring fun shapes and welcoming all the wobbles along the way. Finishing with a relaxing Savasana and a heartwarming self-love poem to leave you feeling empowered, connected, and ready for the weekend. Suitable for all.
-
Danielle - Self Love Yin
Embark on a journey of connection, gratitude and self-acceptance. Through long-held, gentle stretches, you’ll release tension and stuck energy held within your connective tissues while creating space for self-compassion. This mid-week evening class is the perfect way to unwind, restore and relax.
-
Sarah - Prenatal Yoga
This is a great option if you are new to yoga or returning to your practice after a long break. We have a full two hour session so we can discuss practice and where you want to go. I will then put the session onto paper so you can practice in your own time. Class will focus on postural demonstrations and breath work, Hatha based, as we break down each posture carefully. As with every class everything discussed is completely confidential.
-
Rachel - Yoga for broken bodies
New to yoga? Returning to fitness? Chronically inflexible triathlete? A fan of the slower Sunday reset? A bit wobbly on your feet? Prefer to spend a little bit longer in asanas working on refining your alignment? I’ve got your back! Having originally found yoga as a way to try and “cure” my injuries during my ultra running days, I now see it as so much more. You don’t have to be broken to join - yoga is for everybody and every body.
-
Eloise - Sunday Grounding Flow
Join me for an end-of-the-week slow flow, combining movement and meditation to fight off the Sunday scaries and prepare you for the week ahead.
-
Eloise - Yoga for Runners
A new weekly class to stretch and strengthen muscles tight from running, looking to build a balanced approach to endurance and well-being.
The Neuk
-
Lisa - Beginners Yoga
Brand new to yoga? No flexibility? No clue what a chakra is? Perfect.
This class is less about touching your toes and more about reconnecting with you. We’ll move, breathe, laugh and explore what yoga is really all about - presence, self-kindness and not taking ourselves too seriously.
-
Jennie - Pranayama + Japa Meditation
Join me for an hour of clarity and calm as I lead us through focussed, balancing, stress-reducing breathing practices followed by a japa meditation to practise still the mind, allowing for the experience of tranquility and present awareness.
-
Aimee - Yoga
No fancy terminology, no impossible poses, just stretches that feel good. This class is for people who’ve tried yoga and hated it, who think they’re not flexible enough for yoga, or for people who don’t stretch enough!
-
Allison - Womans Wellness Circle
Harmonising physical, spiritual, and mental wellness for women. A cozy bi-weekly gathering for connection, yin yoga, and psychology-based conversation. Created by Allison, an MSc Psychology student, yoga teacher, and women's holistic health coach, this circle offers space to grow, connect, and bond. A movement of sisterhood, planted in Georgia, blossoming in Scotland.
-
Morven - Cacao + Connection
We will begin by indulging in some delicious Cacao (which is suitable for vegans), set our intentions, connect with Mama Cacao & our breath through some light pranayama (breath work), then I’ll guide you into a deep meditation.
