✨A somatic movement workshop happening where I will be guiding an embodied inquiry into our relationship with larger FORCES and the inevitable CHANGE that it brings.
✨This playground will be an opportunity to have a felt-sense experience of GRAVITY and MOMENTUM, through eco somatic and contemporary lenses; exploring free movement to fall, recover, release, shift, propel, float, fly, roll, spiral, rest, and rise. -
Asana Clinic: Hip flexor strength + mobilisation
Tuesday 24th 1745-1900
Everyone wants to "open" their hips right? But most peoples hips are in fact "open" enough for day to day life... But, are they perhaps "open" and weak?
Together we'll dive into hip flexor strength and see how it might help with our lifts and jump backs. How strengthening the hip flexors might help create space for the hamstrings when we flex at the hip, so think forward folds, single leg lifts, pistol squats etc.
