Hatha Yoga and EFT with Lisa

A feel-good fusion of gentle yoga and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - the ultimate duo for mind-body balance. We’ll move, breathe and tap through stuck energy, release stress, and leave you feeling grounded, clear and totally recharged.

1.30-2.30pm

SLow flow Yoga with Rachel

A slow flow Hatha class to stretch and strengthen with a focus on tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders. Perfect for a whole body reset, suitable for all levels.

3.30-4.30pm

Pilates with Eve

My classic mat Pilates session will focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture and balance.
